Whether you're a long-time member or just joining us, your presence here means the world to me. This community wouldn't be the same without your energy, support, and shared passion for health and wellness.

A bit about me: I'm Louisa, and I'm passionate about helping people discover that fitness and wellness aren't about perfection – they're about progress, consistency, and finding what works for YOUR life.

My journey started as a professional dancer and choreographer, where I first fell in love with how movement can transform not just our bodies, but our entire sense of self. Over the past 15+ years, I've had the incredible privilege of being voted Best Personal Trainer in London and working with amazing clients from all walks of life – including some familiar faces you might recognise! Some of you may already know me and the team from our London partnerships or as private training clients. But what truly drives me is seeing everyday people discover their own strength and confidence.

That's why I created the Louisa Drake Method (LDM®) – fusing the best of Pilates, functional strength, restorative movement, and mindful conditioning. It's been featured in Vogue, Tatler, The Times, and other publications, but honestly, my favourite "reviews" are the messages from people like you who've found their groove and fallen in love with moving their bodies.

Fun fact about me: I find wellness in the simple, grounding things – walking barefoot around my home, tending to my little vegetable garden, getting my hands dirty with DIY projects, and the satisfying puzzle of completing a jigsaw. There's something magical about slowing down and connecting with these everyday moments that feed the soul just as much as movement feeds the body!

I've been on my own wellness journey for years, with plenty of ups and downs, and I genuinely believe that together we can achieve so much more than we ever could alone. This method isn't just another quick-fix programme – it's about building lifelong strength, mental wellness, and body confidence that goes far beyond aesthetics.

I can't wait to get to know you all better and see what incredible things we'll achieve together in this space!
